The Committee
The adjudicating committee consists of 5 voting members and one non-voting member. The Chair rotates, usually every two years, depending on availability. Readers are co-opted as necessary, depending on particular subject-matters of submitted works and required specialisms or areas of expertise. Readers are invited to take part in committee meetings, if they wish, but do not vote. The adjudication process begins in February and concludes in June every year. The winner is announced by June 30th.
